Application Guidelines General Procedures 1. Phosphor: Fultor Phosphor 2. Silicone: GE, Dow Corning, Nusil and others 3. Phosphor Selection: Dependant upon LED chip wavelength and Target CIE, select the suitable phosphors and ( corresponding concentration ratio (provided in concentration ratio table) 4. Weight: Weigh phosphor and silicone in correct ratios provided in concentration ratio table in concentration ratio table 5. Mixing: Mix phosphor and silicone well and place under vacuum in vacuum chamber to eliminate air bubbles 6 Testing: Package 10~20 LEDs for test and validation 7. Heating: Place packaged LEDs in oven at 150C for 60 minutes 8.
